Project Description

Evans & Dixon occupied space in two different office buildings after merging with another law firm in 2009.  By relocating to Metropolitan Square in downtown St. Louis, the 100-plus person workers’ compensation and insurance defense firm was able to consolidate its entire St. Louis practice under one roof.

ISC served as general contractor for the build-out of the firm’s nearly 40,000-square-foot space on Metropolitan Square’s 24th and 25th floors.  The offices’ modern, clean design includes white mosaic tile in the lobby and reception area.   The break room features a distinctive wall of glass mosaic that wraps around a contemporary kitchenette. Maple wooden light fixture panels are suspended froth the deck with aircraft cable.
